Newly renovated and under new ownership, Orchard Cottage is a short drive east of Queenstown and only minutes from historic Arrowtown on one of the area's most classic and scenic rural roads.

Private and secluded with mature gardens, a small orchard and spectacular views of both Coronet Peak and "The Remarkables," our location affords peace and serenity from bustling Queenstown, yet is central to all local attractions and activities.

Accommodations include a very private and separate cottage and two "cabinnetts." There is also an individual bedroom (two twin beds) within the main houes with private entrance and bath. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, a family with children or as a small group, we can accomodate you.

The Cottage
The cottage contains a living room with dining area, spacious kitchen,large bedroom with king bed, sunny bath, and private yard with views of Coronet Peak.

Cabinnettes 1 & 2
The two "cabinnettes" are to the right of the entry gate to the main house with private entrances. Each contains a living/dining area with well equipped kitchenette, private bath and bedroom with spectacular views of "The Remarkables" as well as a covered outside sitting area. There is also a barbeque area.
