Accommodation
All suites include an elegantly designed en-suite and kitchen area, with top of the range glass, timber and chrome features and accessories.
Each suite of your Matakana Coast luxury retreat is located on the lower level of the main lodge building and enjoys views to the north and east. Private patio areas lead out into the garden and to private walkways on the property leading to the beach.
Kowhai Suite
The warm, intimate décor of the Kowhai Suite is inspired by the warm, bright, sunny yellow flowers of the small woody Kowhai tree, native to New Zealand. Kowhai is the Maori word for yellow, from the colour of the flowers, and Kowhai is the national flower of New Zealand.
Nikau Suite
As you lay back and relax in the Nikau suite at your Matakana Coast Luxury Lodge, simply watch the breeze in the trees, savour a glass of fine local wine and enjoy peace, tranquillity and seclusion.
Puriri Suite
Puriri is a highly valued hardwood and the beauty of natural timbers is showcased throughout your accommodation.
Pohutukawa Suite
This suite is inspired by the gorgeous rich reds and purples of the Pohutukawa tree native to New Zealand.
All suites include the following features:

• Open plan design with easy to move LCD television, DVD, stereo surround system, internet connection and writing desk.
• En-suite with glass surround shower, glass vessels and kauri finishes.
• Kitchen area featuring modern, stainless steel appliances such as a fast boil kettle, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, microwave, bench top cooking facilities.
