Welcome to Waimanu Lodge, Luxury Self contained Holiday Accommodation in Whangaroa Harbour, Northland NZ. We are located in a very special spot high above the Whangaroa Harbour with magnificent views.

A private and peaceful haven in which to unwind and relax at any time of the year. You will be the only paying guests - we only book one guest party at a time.

Our Northland accommodation comprises of two large studio suites opening directly out onto a private lounging deck, hot spa pool and seasonally heated swimming pool with expansive harbour views.

Continental breakfast provisions are provided in your room each day of your stay.

Waimanu Lodge is located in Whangaroa Harbour Northland. We are 30km north of Kerikeri, between the Bay of Islands (Paihia, Kerikeri, Waitangi) and Doubtless Bay (Mangonui, Coopers Beach, Cable Bay, Karikari Peninsular ) in Northland NZ.

The famous St Pauls Rock walk with it’s magnificent harbour and coastal views from the top, is right next to our doorstep.

	Whangaroa Harbour is a magnificent picturesque inland harbour with a relaxed fishing village atmosphere. Protected by dramatic rock formations, the harbour offers most all weather boating, in season scallop beds, good fishing and not infrequent dolphin sightings. A truly majestic place, positioned 30km north of Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands and a short trip by boat to the beautiful Cavalli Islands. Also close by are the sandy beaches of Tauranga Bay and Taupo Bay. Coopers Beach, Mangonui and the Karikari Peninsular in Doubtless Bay are a short drive north. The golf courses of Kauri Cliffs, Kerikeri and Whangaroa are also all near by.Kayaking, Recreational snapper fishing, Game Fishing Charters, Diving Charters, Harbour Cruises and Eco Walks are all available in Whangaroa. Your hosts would be happy to help you arrange any of these activities. The Far North, including Carrington Golf Course, Kaitaia, Ninety Mile Beach and Cape Reinga are all accessible for day trippers.
