Both the Studio and The Lookout are completely private and can sleep up to six or seven people. The studio apartment is at the same level as our adjacent home so gets the best sea level views on Ninety Mile Beach and is 7 metres from the high tide mark. It also opens out to a covered patio looking out towards the beach. The studio also offers an additional bedroom for those of you with small families.

From the 100 square metres of luxurious space in the penthouse apartment, the view is even more dramatic. The Lookout is the entire top floor with magnificent 180 degree views looking out over the beach.

Both accommodation options are serviced daily and are fully self contained.

	The aluminum dingy is available for use - ideal for crossing the pond and almost indestructible for the children to play in We have a kayak suitable for two adults or two children. It is possible to paddle about 2 kilometers upstream in the river or for the experienced the ocean is a challenge. Torpedo Fishing. The latest craze to fish the Ninety Mile Beach. We have a 90% success rate that we will catch enough fish for a meal. The process takes about 2.5 to 3.0 hours. Usually we fish in front of Beachfront and supply all gear and expertise plus bait and transport. There is a $100 charge for this activity. Our snapper record is 740mm long plus we have caught several over 600mm. Please let us know as soon as you can if you are interested in doing this activity as it does require a little planning.
