Your Hosts

Your friendly hosts Judy and Tony have been in the hospitality trade for the past 10 years. On your arrival we like to make you feel at home by offering home-made refreshments. Judy offers a sumptuous freshly cooked breakfast or a continental breakfast, served either in the dining room or alfresco. We can assist with your forward bookings, and any activities you wish to partake in during your stay with us in the Bay of Islands.

The Emerald Suite -   Super-king Twin
As the morning sun fills your room you wake up and start your day off well. Enjoy the luxury of 100% cotton sheets, fine bed coverings, electric blankets , extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, safe in wardrobe, plenty of magazines, compendium .For your entertainment we provide TV, DVD , CD,wireless internet connection. Your suite has also an en suite bathroom, with fluffy towels, robes, heated towel rail and mirror, under floor heating, hair dryer, and many more luxuries.

The Phoenix Suite -   King Bed
Relax in your sun drenched room first thing to set you up for the day ahead. Your suite has 100% cotton linen, fine bed covering, electric blanket, extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, safe in wardrobe, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, plenty of magazines to read, compendium, TV, DVD, CD,wireless internet connection. The Majestic Suite -   King Bed
With the Bay of Islands sunshine pouring into your suite, you relax in style and walk out onto your own private patio area to get the great view of the Kerikeri Inlet. Your suite has 100% cotton linen, fine bed covering, electric blanket, extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, safe in wardrobe, plenty of magazines, compendium, TV,DVD,CD, wireless internet connection. You suite also has an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, fluffy towels, robes, heated towel rail and mirror, under floor heating, hair dryer and many more luxuries.

All suites have French doors leading onto your own private patio area, where you can relax, and enjoy a glass of New Zealand wine, or just a coffee to unwind after a great day sightseeing in the beautiful Bay of Islands.

We offer a laundry service at NZ$ 10.00. per load, washed and folded.

Our operating procedures to minimise waste and conserve energy at Palm View House include:
   1. Low energy bulbs, energy efficient appliances used where possible. Turn off lights when not required.
   2. All laundry dried outside on line.
   3. On site vegetable and herb garden.
   4. Recycling waste and composting organic waste.
   5. Eco friendly sewage treatment system also used to irrigate garden.
   6. Recycling all bottles, cans, cardboard, and paper.
   7. We support our local Farmers Market.
   8. Involved with the Business Association of Kerikeri.
