On your arrival you will be welcomed by your hosts Joe & Harriet Fraser. Start unwinding with a glass of New Zealand wine on the deck overlooking our farm and the tree-clad hills.

Stretch your legs and stroll around our 10-acre farm. Watch the resident Fantails and Tuis (NZ native birds) who may greet you with their song in the morning. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bush, or meander along the river bank listening to the soothing sounds of the pure water running over the stones, daring you to dip your toes in! Come back and ease those tired muscles from your journey by relaxing in our outdoor spa.

The suites are designed for guests to enjoy the peaceful views. The outdoors has been brought inside by the provision of a large windows and French Doors. The rooms are a generous size as are your ensuite bathrooms. There is plenty of space, you won't feel claustrophobic here! Your room has a king size superior bed with quality linen, tastefully decorated with local artwork, floral arrangements and a full entertainment system. The spacious bathrooms include a large double bath with endless hot water - bliss! On summer days enjoy the rural views from your deck or in winter join us by the lounge fire.

Breakfast includes fresh orange juice, espresso coffee or your choice of teas, home baking and free-range eggs served in the dining area overlooking the garden. We both enjoy cooking and will happily create a three course dinner to suit your culinary preferences. Homegrown and local produce will be used as seasonally available. Our wine cellar includes a range of New Zealand wines to accompany your meal. The cost for dinner is $50 per person including a pre-dinner drink.

We would be delighted to prepare a simple picnic to take on a day walk or an elaborate affair to enjoy by the river. Light lunches can also be provided. Please enquire for prices.
