Welcome to “Titoki Boutique Accommodation”, luxury accommodation situated north to the city of Hamilton, in the heart of the Waikato Region of New Zealand.

Opened in March 2009, it is one of Hamilton’s newest Luxury Boutique Accommodation, designed by a New Zealand architect in conjunction with David Reid Homes Waikato 2009, combines the character of original design with a contemporary New Zealand flair.

This “Exclusive Boutique Bed and Breakfast Accommodation” has been designed with the discerning guests in mind.

Titoki Boutique Accommodation is the perfect base from which to explore everything that Hamilton and the mighty Waikato has to offer your New Zealand vacation, romantic weekend, or corporate visit.

Titoki Boutique Accommodation luxury guest wing consists of two well appointed luxury suites; both queen sized bedrooms have their own ensuite with under floor heating, luxury bath robes, toiletries and soft bath towels. The modern suites are furbished to the highest standard with an emphasis on style, elegance, comfort and privacy.

Guests have exclusive access to their own lounge and dining room overlooking the northern garden. The dining room and lounge extends to a modern sheltered portico offering peace, privacy and quiet for reading and reflection. On cooler evenings, the lounge fireplace offers warmth and comfort. Your hosts, John and Jude will provide excellent care to create a relaxing pampered experience.

Accommodation

Titoki Boutique Accommodation luxury guest wing consists of two well appointed luxury suites therefore accommodation for no more than four guests at one time. Both queen sized bedrooms have their own ensuite with under floor heating, heated towel rails, luxury bath robes, toiletries and soft bath towels. Each suite has been furbished to the highest standard with an emphasis on style, elegance, comfort and privacy.

Guests have exclusive access to their own lounge and dining room overlooking the Northern Garden. The dining room and lounge extends to the outside living area offering peace, privacy and quiet for reading and reflection.

On cooler evenings the Lounge Fireplace offers warmth and comfort. Relax and enjoy a complementary Brandy or Port before retiring for the evening. To welcome you to TITOKI BOUTIQUE ACCOMMODATION, on arrival you will be offered a complimentary glass on New Zealand Wine, Tea or Coffee. Complimentary Tea and Coffee facilities, Cookies, Bottled chilled water is provided for your convenience in an antique Armoire situated in the Hall Entrance area.

Jude and John Bowen look forward to welcome you to their home.

Jude’s working career is with a New Zealand based multi-disciplinary company of Consulting Engineers, Planners and Surveyors. Jude’s role is in the Drawing Office as a CAD Operator. Born in England and immigrated to New Zealand at a young age, returned to the United Kingdom for two years to do the big OE and be reunited with family.

John’s working career for over 30 years has been in the travel industry before moving on to catering, function design and Homestaging.

With travel being a passion they have visited over 100 countries and into rooms of the world’s greatest hotels, lodges and resorts. This has given them an eye for detail, exotic style, and the extraordinary.

Interests are many but at the top of the list are people, entertaining, fine cuisine, and of course travelling to mention a few.

We must not forget Renata, their girl (cat). Please let us know if our “girl” will be a problem to you.
