Our rural retreat is set amongst olives, hazelnuts and a boutique vineyard on the banks of the Waihopai river, surrounded by the majestic Richmond and Kaikoura ranges.
Within walking distance of the purpose-built Mediterranean-style lodge are fields of lavender, vineyards, fruit and nut orchards, olive groves and the clear waters of the Waihopai River.
Riverstone Lodge is 10 minutes from Blenheim Airport, where there are frequent flights from Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch, 10 minutes from the Wine and Food Festival site and 15 minutes from the Aviation Heritage Museum.
Accommodation
The separate guest wing provides bed and breakfast accommodation for up to four guests.
The Aubergine room has a superking bed (or twin), the Olive room a superking bed. Each room has a separate entry from a private patio with commanding views of the Richmond ranges plus entry from a courtyard, barbecue area.
